STAFF RECRUITMENT

IMRE has been actively recruiting talented researchers worldwide. Our recruitment effort consists of a two-pronged approach. We cultivate a healthy pool of researchers through an active awareness programme and we recruit the best through selective advertising and targeted recruitment.

Young and aspiring scientists and engineers are the future driving force in Research and Development (R&D). IMRE conducts regular awareness programmes at local and overseas universities to promote the Institute�s R&D activities as well as those of the other A*STAR Research Institutes, and to appraise them of the R&D career opportunities in Singapore.

Our researchers attend top international conferences in their fields of research and often take on the role of recruitment officers by identifying suitable candidates and conducting on-the-spot interviews.
