Real-time Growth of Carbon Nanotube Captured using IMRE's in-situ TEM

The growth dynamics of bamboo-like carbon nanotube during C2H2 exposure to the Ni catalyst at an elevated temperature of 650°C was probed through the use of IMRE’s  in-situ ultra-high vacuum transmission electron microscope.
